Way to go Molly! You have inspired me today! I cried for the better part of the morning thinking of my sister Molly. This morning she ran a marathon in the Ogden canyon. I still can't really imagine it but it's true - all 26 miles of it are real and true. I kept thinking of her out there and what might be going through her head. I wondered if she was thinking of things that have inspired her just to take that next step to make it to the finish line. Mol I wish I could have been there to see you coming across the finish line. I wish I could have been the one yelling louder than Mom "BRAVO, BRAVO"! My other sister Ging decided that she would join Molly in the run when there was 3 miles left to go. Again I cry thinking about that. This afternoon I talked to Molly and she said it was just a little bit after Ging joined her when she was pretty sure she couldn't run another step and that Ging was there just encouraging her for the rest of the run. Thanks for the inspiration girls! I bet you'll sleep good tonight. Love you!JEN

Oh and yes I did put Chariots of Fire on the playlist just for you Molly! I told her that she should have it on her ipod for the run - she just laughed!

Thanks for the great thoughts Jen. It was awesome to be by her side. I learned that running any distance when you are there to encourage someone else makes the run really easy. I think this principle can be applied anywhere in life. If we take our minds off of ourselves the journey is lighter and more joyous. This was a very joyous day for me
P.S. Love the music!!
Wish you could've been there Jen. One more sister to cry with and cheer with would've been awesome.
Thanks Jen. If I would have had that on my ipod I wouldn't have heard it because I got one song out of that thing before I couldn't get it to work right without wasting time. I was so angry that I think it made me go faster.
