GRANDPARENTS -We Love them!!!

I just came across these recent photos from Christmas time of my kids with both sets of G&G!

Oh how we love the G&G's -Anderson and Holyoak! It's great to be little and have grandparents that love you! I really appreciate the love and examples that they have shown to my children and for that matter to us their kiddos! It's nice to have grandmas around for the spoiling and especially for the days when your kids are crying and you know that you can make them stop immediately if you say" Do you want to call Grandma"! And NO ONE is happier to hear your kids on the phone then their grandma. Grandpas are especially nice for laying on the floor next to your kids and tickling them and for taking them out to see the horses and the chickens and of course to help you in the giant garden! Neither sets of grandparents read my blog or any blogs for that matter but I just want to say WE LOVE YOU GUYS and appreciate all you do for us and all you've done for us!

Scrub CAPS????? what ?

Ok, this post is just to show you all what I've been spending alot of my time doing. I've had alot of people ask me what exactly can you do to make a scrub cap cute? Well, I have to say that I think they are pretty darn cute as far as a scrub cap goes. No one wants to wear a scrub cap out on the town but anyone in surgery has to wear a scrub cap and lets just say that we can not keep up with the business we have. Thanks to Karen (Aim's darling sis-in-law) we have customers all over the valley. St. Lukes, St. Al's, Vet's hospital, Sacred Heart. My sis-in-law Jen is my business partner and we sew every Tuesday and Thursday and are kiddos play. Anyhow, here are some pics of some of them and JOhnnie Boy show these to Felicia so that she can tell me if she wants me to recreate some of them for her! As Aim says "SCRUBADOOOO"!!!! DORK!! JK love ya!!!

One Little Peanut - One Funny Story

Ok, Aim you're right there is only one little Peanut sized baby in there. However, I am still Terri's twinner because my baby is due on August 31st -yup Terri's very birthday! That's awesome! I told Mom today that I was pregnant and she stammered and stuttered and then said Jenny is that you. Yup, Mom it's me , it's really me! She thought I wouldn't have another baby till I had a bigger house . Nope Mom we are just gonna sqwish in this here house! WE can fit - I hope! TOOOOO LaTE NOW!!!! Anyways , don't you just love that first visit to the doctor when your pregnant? You have to have the WHOLE kit and caboodle done to you. Yup, everything - I hate this part and you would think after 3 babies that I wouldn't mind this anymore and that I had lost all of my dignity but I still do have a shred of it left and it's not all that it could be. In the words of Shannon Turner on her first visit to the GYNO "somethings not right here". Anyways, all is well with baby peanut Holyoak and all is well with me. Also I just have to tell you guys something funny. My doctor, well, she is very professional and one time when she was giving me a Gyno exam while pregnant with Zander she says to me just before she begans the exam and mind you she is down below
Dr. Jones - " Ok, you are going to feel a little toot."
Me - "snicker , snicker"
Dr. Jones - " Oh excuse me, a little touch on your leg that is . It's been a long day! "
Me - " that's Ok I needed a little comic relief"

Me(inner monologue only) - " geshhh it's never good to laugh when your naked and someone is looking at your personals, Jen, stop laughing!"

Yup that is a true story and more humiliating for me than for her wouldn't you say! Ok that 's all for me - Sorry John if your reading this!

OUCH That Even Hurt ME!

Ok, so today Jared decided to take a mental health day. I'm pretty sure it was more for my mental health than his. Bless his heart! Anyways everyone is happy and playing and I am just doing my usual lying around with no ambitions! This too will pass - Soon I hope! (Yes, to those of my readers that don't know -I'm pregnant with baby number 4 &5) Amy will argue the #5 one but I swear I'm having twins but tomorrow all will be known on my first appointment. I am almost 11 weeks which means I'm almost done with my first trimester and hopefully being really sick and hopeless! By the way I haven't told MOM and I really just want to surprise her when I find out what I'm having in a monthish! So MUMS THE word! ) OK OK back to the story at hand. I'm in the kitchen and I hear the sadest cry - the one that you know if it is your child that they are really really hurt. I run into the bedroom and their is my little Zander Man with blood dripping from his eye! NO KIDDING! Still not sure exactly how he did it but he has managed to barely miss his eyeball but he has a cut running from the corner of his eye on outward and then a huge black and blue lump. Ok, as you can imagine my stomach turned over and I started to cry and yell for Jared to come now! Daddy took care of everything like he always does and Zander is fine now after ice, ibuprofen, love, cuddling , a movie. It is so sad to look at his little face. Man don't you just hate it more than anything when your children get hurt, it physically hurts me to see it ! Just a little bit in the day and life of ME!
